WHERE IS PRAYERS AVENU CURRENTLY BASED?

Prayers Avenu is based in Toronto, Canada, where all concepts, design, and creative direction are developed in-house. The city’s restraint, diversity, and global perspective inform the brand’s approach—measured, intentional, and quietly confident.

Production is carried out overseas in partnership with specialized manufacturers selected for their expertise, material standards, and attention to detail. Each garment is developed under close direction, ensuring that fabric, fit, and construction align precisely with the original design intent. Designing locally and producing globally allows Prayers Avenu to maintain control over quality while operating without compromise.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT?

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

The order is confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam inbox.

CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or adjusted.

I USED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. HOW CAN I UPDATE IT?

Address updates can be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please review your information before you checkout.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are final. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been placed.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Wondering where your order is? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THE SHIPMENT HASN'T MOVED.

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

If your package is being returned to sender, it is typically due to one of the following reasons: an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs/import fees.

All sales are final. Returned packages are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or reshipment. Once a package is returned to us (or confirmed as returned by the carrier), the order is considered closed.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout and monitor tracking closely to avoid delivery issues.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRAYERS AVENU PRODUCT?

Each product from Prayers Avenu is unique and requires specific care to maintain its quality and comfort. While we recommend following the specific care instructions for each piece, we like to keep things simple with our standard wash guidelines. Please follow the steps below to ensure your garment stays fresh and in great condition:

Machine Wash Cold
Wash in cold water to maintain fabric quality and colors.
Use Regular Detergent
Use your preferred detergent—mild or regular works great.
Bleach (If Needed)
For whites, feel free to use bleach to keep them bright. Be sure to follow the bleach instructions on the label.
Turn Inside Out
To protect prints and embroidery, turn your garment inside out before washing.
Gentle Cycle
For best results, wash on a gentle cycle to avoid unnecessary wear.
Air Dry
We recommend air drying by hanging or laying flat. Avoid high heat from dryers to preserve the fabric's durability.
Ironing (If Needed)
Iron on low heat if needed, but avoid ironing over prints or logos.

WHERE DOES PRAYERS AVENU SHIP FROM?

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Toronto, Canada. A prime location that allows us to deliver across the globe quickly.

WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

We understand how frustrating this can be. Here’s what to do:

Sometimes carriers mark packages as “Delivered” prematurely. Give it 3–5 business days—the package often turns up.
Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake.
Reach out if nothing comes up within that timeframe and we will help you out the best we can!

SHIPPING POLICY

At Prayers Avenu, all orders are processed and shipped strictly according to the information provided at checkout. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Processing time does not include shipping transit time

Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped using standard international shipping

Estimated delivery time: 15–50 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, inspections, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or chargeback claims.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Products are offered subject to availability and are often produced in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production runs, materials, or manufacturing processes. Such variations do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales by customer, region, address, or order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & BILLING INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders flagged for fraud prevention, address inconsistencies, abnormal activity, or policy violations.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete information may be delayed, canceled, or permanently ineligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipments.

FRAUD PREVENTION & AUTHORIZATION

To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, we may collect and retain transaction data including IP address, device information, AVS/CVV match results, account activity, and delivery confirmation records.

By placing an order, you expressly authorize us to use this information for fraud prevention, order verification, and dispute or chargeback defense.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility transfer to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, or non-receipt once the carrier confirms acceptance or delivery. Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute conclusive proof of fulfillment.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs fees are non-refundable, including in cases of refusal, abandonment, return, delay, or non-delivery.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Prayers Avenu does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind

Carrier errors
Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
Customs fees or refusals
Product dissatisfaction
Damage during transit

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-returns, no-refunds, no-exchanges policy.

Filing a chargeback does not override this policy.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Any chargeback filed for an order that was authorized and shipped or delivered will be actively disputed using evidence including payment authorization data, IP address, device data, tracking records, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance.

You agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback.

USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

By submitting reviews, comments, images, videos, or other content, you grant Prayers Avenu a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. Use of such tools is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
