Each garment is developed under close direction, ensuring that fabric, fit, and construction align precisely with the original design intent. All sales are final. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been placed.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Wondering where your order is? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THE SHIPMENT HASN'T MOVED.

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

If your package is being returned to sender, it is typically due to one of the following reasons: an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs/import fees.

All sales are final. Returned packages are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or reshipment. Once a package is returned to us (or confirmed as returned by the carrier), the order is considered closed.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRAYERS AVENU PRODUCT?

Each product from Prayers Avenu is unique and requires specific care to maintain its quality and comfort. While we recommend following the specific care instructions for each piece, we like to keep things simple with our standard wash guidelines. Please follow the steps below to ensure your garment stays fresh and in great condition:

    Wash in cold water to maintain fabric quality and colors.
  • Use Regular Detergent
    Use your preferred detergent—mild or regular works great.
  • Bleach (If Needed)
    For whites, feel free to use bleach to keep them bright. Be sure to follow the bleach instructions on the label.
  • Turn Inside Out
    To protect prints and embroidery, turn your garment inside out before washing.
  • Gentle Cycle
    For best results, wash on a gentle cycle to avoid unnecessary wear.
  • Air Dry
    We recommend air drying by hanging or laying flat. Avoid high heat from dryers to preserve the fabric's durability.
  • Ironing (If Needed)
    Iron on low heat if needed, but avoid ironing over prints or logos.

WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

We understand how frustrating this can be. Here’s what to do:

  1. Sometimes carriers mark packages as “Delivered” prematurely. Give it 3–5 business days—the package often turns up.
  2. Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake.
