  • At Prayers Avenu, all orders are processed and shipped strictly according to the information provided at checkout. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

    ORDER PROCESSING

    • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

    • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

    Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

    • Orders are shipped using standard international shipping

    • Estimated delivery time: 15–50 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance

    Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, inspections, or peak shipping seasons.

    Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or chargeback claims.

    TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY & RISK

    • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, all responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer

    • Prayers Avenu is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages after carrier acceptance

    • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute conclusive proof of fulfillment

    Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address at checkout.

    SHIPPING RATES

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

    • The final shipping rate is displayed before purchase completion

    Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES

    • We ship internationally worldwide

    • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country

    • These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer

    • Customs delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements

    Refusal or failure to pay customs fees may result in package return or abandonment. Such outcomes remain final and non-refundable.

    TRACKING INFORMATION

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

    • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

    • Tracking delays, pauses, or inconsistencies are common in international shipping and do not indicate loss

    Tracking-related issues do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements.

    RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

    • Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or carrier handling are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements

    • Any reshipment, if approved at our sole discretion, may require additional shipping fees

    All shipping outcomes are governed by our No Returns / No Refunds / No Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into this Shipping Policy by reference.
