Due to the limited, exclusive, and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Customs or import fees

  • Carrier errors

  • Product dissatisfaction

  • Damage during transit

PRODUCT VARIATIONS & ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing from Prayers Avenu, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, sizing, fabric weight, wash, or finish are normal

  • Product images are for reference only and may vary due to lighting, screen settings, or production runs

  • Such variations do not constitute defects

These characteristics are accepted as part of the product and do not qualify for any refund, return, exchange, or replacement.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, all responsibility transfers to the customer

  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute proof of fulfillment

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

Orders affected by address errors or delivery issues remain final and non-refundable.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices

  • All customs and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • Customs fees are non-refundable, regardless of delivery outcome

Failure or refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for any refund or replacement.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

  • Delivered and authorized orders are not eligible for refunds

  • Any chargeback filed will be actively disputed

  • Evidence may include proof of delivery, payment authorization (AVS/CVV), IP address, device data, and policy acceptance

Filing a chargeback does not override this policy.

POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Prayers Avenu reserves the right to:

  • Deny any claim, dispute, or request

  • Refuse service to anyone attempting to bypass this policy
